Mama O has been a long-time advocate of practicing gratitude. For over a decade, she kept a daily gratitude journal, writing down five things she was grateful for each day.



We get so caught up in everyday life; school drop offs, meetings, submissions, school etc. that we sometimes not notice or overlook daily blessings.
